2008 - I've known Sam for more than 20 years. From the time I first met him, I recognized qualities in him that stood out, including high emotional intelligence and exceptional people skills. Sam also has a decades long background in high-tech management, which has trained him how to approach a sequence of tasks as well as solving problems that may arise in those tasks, in an organized and strategic way. He also brings a fun, positive energy, which is evident in every interaction! It's pretty clear that he enjoys spending time with people, and he especially enjoys helping people succeed!

Many years ago, Sam helped me buy my home! At first, I wanted to see historical trends in different neighborhoods. So he provided me with lots of MLS data that I couldn't have gotten on my own. With his help, I was able to understand the big picture of the real estate market in my county, which helped me identify where I wanted to buy. At one point, I was worried that I may be asking too much or being too picky. But he immediately reassured me with enthusiasm that my happiness with my purchase was his priority!

We spent lots of time discussing what I was looking for, and visited several houses. He also burned the candle at both ends looking on his own, on my behalf. In the end, we found a brand new construction that was beautiful, clean, and within my tight budget. I don't remember seeing that property online. I think Sam found it when I was tending to my busy life, possibly through his personal or professional network of connections.

When it came time to make an offer, his people skills and his personal connection really made a difference. He was able to negotiate a purchase price which was below the seller's price floor. But the seller accepted due to concessions in other ways. I was so excited on my first night in my new home, that I decided to sleep there, even though the furniture hadn't arrived yet!

I was so happy and impressed with my experience with Sam, that I have recommended him to several friends! Now I'm recommending him to you! If you want someone who has the skills, genuinely cares about his clients, and has the intention of getting them what they want, then look no further!
